• Passengers can cancel any ticket with Trip Flex within 24 hours of buying it without any cancellation fees.

• After the initial 24 hours, travelers can change their flight's date or destination once without any charges. This change can be made up to an hour before their flight, but there are some rules they must follow.

• When you cancel your ticket with Trip Flex, you will not get a refund. But you will receive a credit for future travel with Allegiant. You cannot turn this credit into cash.

• Note:

• You can only get Trip Flex when you book your ticket, and you can't add it later. Also, the money you pay for Trip Flex isn't refundable.

• Important Tip:

• You do not get any refund when you cancel a ticket with Trip Flex.

• Allegiant Air offers credit that you can only use for future flights with Allegiant. You cannot get the money back.

Cancellation Policy for Award Tickets

• There are no fees for changing or canceling an award ticket if you buy the Trip Flex add-on with your award ticket.

Cancel a Flight on Allegiant Air

• You will have different options for identifying your booking:

• By confirmation number

• By email

• By credit/debit card. Choose the one that works for you.

• Enter the necessary information based on the option you selected.

• Find your flight in the list.

• Confirm the cancellation.

• After completing these steps, your flight booking will be canceled. You will receive a credit voucher for the remaining balance after any cancellation fees have been deducted.

• The validity of Credit Vouchers depends on when they were issued.

• Only voucher holders can use the vouchers. You cannot use vouchers for another passenger.

• You can use vouchers for Allegiant flights and associated baggage fees.

Allegiant Air Refund Policy 

• Allegiant Air's refund policy covers various types of refunds, such as fees for unused optional services due to overselling and flight cancellations. 

• The original payment method will be used to issue all types of refunds.

• If you paid with a debit card, you can expect the refund to go back to the same card within seven days of your request.

• You will receive your refund within 20 days after Allegiant receives all the necessary documents if you purchase the fare with cash or a cheque.

• You need to request a refund from Allegiant if you buy your ticket through installment payments from third parties. However, the actual refund process will be managed by the third party.

• You will get refunds either in US Dollars or the currency in which the fare was initially purchased.
